Musa paradisiaca premieres EMPORIO, a 90-minute durational audiovisual piece that operates in the gap between historical collapse and private collapse. At the centre of this magnetic archaeology, September 11 ceases to be a media event and becomes the background noise of a psychological portrait of grief. Through the raw texture of VHS footage, the image captures the suspension of an everyday life that fragments under the weight of trauma, inscribing individual pain on the cold surface of a visual empire. Between the confessional whisper and the monumental scale of the projection, EMPORIO remains a testimony to fragility: a place where the time of grief resists the pressure of History and where memory tries to survive the indifference of spectacle.
