Guided tours of the 'Portuguese Presence in Asia' exhibition, exploring the intercultural dialogue between East and West through the artworks in the collection. In 2026, each monthly visit focuses on a different theme, from literature to religion, from decorative arts to social history.

Along the transatlantic routes established by the Portuguese, new themes and original iconographic repertoires were introduced, worked by local artisans with their techniques and materials. As a testimony to this encounter, the works of art on display in the Portuguese Presence in Asia are the focus of these guided visits. To enrich the reading of the collection, summoning other voices and contributions, in 2026 each visit will focus on a theme, from literature to religion, from social history to the decorative arts, proposing a different route through the Museum, the territories and languages represented in it. In case of cancellation: A full refund of the registration fee will be made when cancellation is communicated up to 8 working days before the activity. After that date, a refund can only be considered if the place is filled or in cases of illness, accident, or other unforeseeable force majeure situations, duly proven.
