Lecture on an approach to integral human development. “Liberta o GUIMA que és” (Free the GUIMA you are) challenges participants to explore their potential and personal growth. We will explore five dimensions of our potential: creative Genius, Unique, Unrepeatable, Multidimensional and Loving, and discover how to give them expression in everyday life. We will talk about three questions: how to recognize your GUIMA, what may be holding you back and what concrete decision you can take to move forward. António Guimarães holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from ISEP, holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA), is an instructor certified by the Dale Carnegie Institute of New York, Executive Coach, Life Coach, Certified Master Coach and mentor by RGM.
