The Portuguese-style revue 'Regresso ao Gil' returns to the Teatro Gil Vicente stage for its 2nd season: a vibrant, musical and satirical show, produced by the Grupo Cénico of the Cascais Volunteer Firefighters' Humanitarian Association, celebrating popular theatre with humour, colour and plenty of Portuguese identity.

Brief Introduction The Cascais revue the whole country wants to see! Synopsis Regresso ao Gil marks the grand return of the Revista à Portuguesa to the stage of the Teatro Gil Vicente. A vibrant, musical and satirical show that celebrates the tradition of popular theatre with humour, colour, irreverence and plenty of Portuguese identity. Amid laughter, striking characters, musical numbers and energetic choreography, the revue leads the audience through a parade of unexpected situations and exaggerated portraits of our society, always with that critical and good-humoured touch that defines the genre. A return, for the 2nd season, in grand style, where tradition meets the present and the stage once again becomes the centre of the party.
