The Celtic Fountain - The Reenchantment of the World and the Spirituality of Encounter

🌀 In a world desertified by disenchantment, fragmentation, and loss of meaning, the ancient religious, mythical, and spiritual traditions are once again being sought out, not merely as systems of belief, but as paths of experience. ⛲ In the Irish tradition, the sacred spring is a place of healing, revelation, and encounter between the visible and the invisible. Starting from this image, we will dive into the sources of enchantment, in a dialogue between Celtic mythology, Christianity, and contemporary spirituality, in search of depth, presence, and meaning. ✍️ Claudio Quintino Crow has been drawn to the corpus of Celtic legends and Irish literature since adolescence, dedicating several decades to its study, understanding, and transmission. Having trained with distinguished figures of Celtic spirituality — such as John Matthews and Emma Restall Orr — he makes a point of going beyond the boundaries of his background in search of a deeper understanding of the connection between the different religious manifestations, for he believes that “all the religions of the world are accents of one same language: the language of the human soul.” The proud grandson of people from Trás-os-Montes, he integrates this rich ancestral heritage into his studies and his way of life. Currently, he dedicates himself once a year to leading groups through the sacred places of Ireland, where he shares in loco much of the knowledge and learning described in this work. 📖 He has published with Zéfiro “O Livro da Mitologia Celta - Vivenciando os Deuses e Deusas Ancestrais” (The Book of Celtic Mythology — Experiencing the Ancestral Gods and Goddesses).
