Get ticketsThe Albuquerque Foundation in Sintra welcomes visitors Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm, with all current exhibitions included in one ticket. Admission costs 10€ for adults, with free entry for children up to 12 years old.
Opening Hours Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm On Mondays the foundation is closed. Last entry, 30 minutes before closing. Except for Mondays, the Albuquerque Foundation normally opens on public holidays, except on 25/12 (Christmas holiday) and 01/01 (New Year's Day). Schedule changes will be announced through the foundation's social media. Reservations Request scheduled group visits via this link or get in touch by e-mail 10 days in advance of the desired date. For a better experience and greater visitor comfort, we inform you that the maximum number of people per group is 20. Additional Information Public transport From Lisbon, take the train to Portela de Sintra station and then bus 1623 (Cascais, Terminal) or 1629 (Estoril) to the stop Rua António dos Reis, 124. From Lisbon, the drive to the foundation takes about 35 minutes. There are accessible parking spaces near the entrance. Prices Adult: 10€ Students and people aged 13 to 18: 8€ Over 65s: 8€ Individual ticket in groups of more than 10 people: 8€ (Only available at the Foundation Ticket Office) Free entry Children up to 12 years old, Press and identified journalists, ICOM members, Sintra residents on Sundays until 1pm (Only available at the Foundation Ticket Office) Other Information Minors under 14 cannot enter the foundation unaccompanied. The ticket gives access to all exhibitions on display. Access to the restaurant and the shop is free.
