In Lisbon, June is synonymous with party, color and tradition, it is the month when we celebrate Saint Anthony. But do we really have to wait for summer to celebrate? In this workshop, after diving into popular traditions and the stories that make Saint Anthony one of the city's most beloved saints, each participant is invited to create their own festive symbol: a decorated arch, a throne, a basil plant or even a well-rhymed verse! Because in Lisbon... there's a party all year round! Just use your imagination!
A route through Lisbon following the traces of Saint Anthony's presence in the city, from the house where he was born to the Hermitage of Our Lady of the Assumption in Vale de Santo António, including visits to Lisbon Cathedral and the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora.
