Based on the observation of the work of Bartolomeu Cid dos Santos, held in the collection of the Casa Reynaldo dos Santos e Irene Virote Quilhó dos Santos, and on an understanding of his working processes, the artist Ana Natividade proposes a printmaking residency in four sessions. Throughout the residency, participants will explore and combine different aspects of direct techniques, such as drypoint with different tools, and indirect techniques, such as etching and aquatint, choosing those that best suit the knowledge and the type of work each person will develop. The residency is intended for young people and adults aged 18 and over and takes place in a small group of 3 to 4 people. There are four five-hour sessions, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The fee includes materials and equipment. Organized by the Cascais Municipal Council and the Fundação D. Luís I.
