Synopsis Over the centuries, Lisbon has been shaped by successive movements of people, from near and far, who have left their mark on the city, its spaces and its experiences. In this guided thematic tour of the long-term exhibition, we propose a route centred on migrations: who arrived, who left, and how these mobilities transformed the city. Through pieces from the collection, maps, testimonies and historical episodes, we reflect on Lisbon as a place of encounters, diversity and continuous social renewal.
