This conference cycle explores the religious practices of the Saloia region, deeply rooted in Marian devotion, such as the cult of Nossa Senhora do Cabo. Participants will learn about the festivities that shape the local identity.

The strategy of preserving rural identity, traditional ways of life, and local pride is an unequivocal reference in the valorization of our cultural, material, and immaterial heritage. In this conference cycle, dedicated to the theme of Saloia Religiosity, participants will learn about the main religious practices deeply marked by Marian devotion, such as the cult of Nossa Senhora do Cabo, and the various festivities that have shaped and continue to shape the identity of our municipality.
