Synopsis The Kingdom Original title: Riget Lars von Trier, Morten Arnfred Cast: Ernst-Hugo Järegård, Kirsten Rolffes, Ghita Nørby, Søren Pilmark Synopsis Built on old chemical bleaching tanks, the most advanced hospital in Denmark becomes the stage for inexplicable events. Ghosts, doctors and patients inhabit a daily life where the transcendent seeps in and reason begins to waver.
