A workshop with Dulam Soros on 20 November, from 10.30 to 12.30, dedicated to the art of traditional Japanese sweets: learning to prepare mochi and dango from glutinous rice, from their history to shaping techniques and fillings. €40 with materials included, for ages 16 and over.

We will learn to prepare these delicious glutinous rice-based specialities, exploring different mochi variations, from the classics to those filled with bold flavours, as well as the popular dango, in the shape of a skewer of colourful balls. Throughout the workshop, we will learn a little of the history and tradition of these Japanese sweets, as well as the techniques for preparing the dough, shaping and combining fillings and toppings. An excellent opportunity to acquire new culinary skills and recreate these delights at home.
