Barreiro boom boy Dr. Bruits (José Bica) is first up with an extended set of live electronics. To quote Batori: '. . . the movements of the planets are subordinated to the movement inspired by the main mover in the sphere of fixed stars moved by the pulsation emitted by Dr. Bruits' instruments and their galactic rotation'. Kinbotte (Pedro Niza) makes the trip from Coimbra to deliver his first live performance in Lisbon since 2017. The artist, who sits somewhere on the electro, idm spectrum, has been producing before and ever since, and most recently performed at Terra Meiga, a festival in northern Portugal, this past September. Imberbe returns for his second appearance, this time as a DJ. The self-described 'ghostly' producer takes his cues from atmospheric side of techno and ambient. Recent output such as his closing track 'Say It Twice' on exquisite area127 (2026) and the Presence LP (Altamira Records, 2025). Digital designer Dimitar Vuksanov also returns to present some recent audio-reactive work produced with Hyperspace, an A/V system powered by the Godot game engine. --- DARC is a cultural association founded in 2014 focused on the promotion of arts and culture.
