Organized by the Institute of Lexicology and Lexicography of the Portuguese Language of the Academy of Sciences of Lisbon, the exhibition proposes a journey through the history of Portuguese lexicography, based on one of its most persistent and revealing manifestations: dictionaries. The exhibition displays a set of works that are testimonies to the evolution of Portuguese and the cultural, social and historical transformations that accompanied its course.
