The Cascais Capítulo Perfeito is an international Surf event, with 4 Portuguese male surfers, 12 international surfers and 4 female surfers. The event consists of a one-day competition, in which the perfect waves of Carcavelos Beach are sought, which is why the waiting period is 2 months. If the conditions are met, a yellow alert is given before the event, which may or may not be confirmed two days later. Organization: Fantasticbox lda.
