Don't fool yourself, fuck. Politicians don't matter a fuck anymore. Gregory Burke, Gagarin Street In a warehouse of a multinational company, some workers try to organize a coup. What appeared to be a robbery turns out to be an exercise in violence with the pretension of a political declaration and a demonstration of power. Gagarin Street is a mix of anarchy, communism and black comedy. The author wanted to write a play about: 'the economy, the real source of power in global society, and Man's infinite capacity for self-deception'. A cruel and funny play where everything goes, terribly, wrong.
