Another outdoor gathering in the Jardim do Casino Estoril, for a Sunday morning dedicated to the body, the mind, focus and sharing. Throughout the morning, participants are invited to take care of themselves through different physical practices and sensory experiences, with simplicity and attention, to the sound of music suited to each moment. From free movement to martial arts, including tai chi, chi kung and yoga, the morning ends with a sound bath. The goal is for each participant to feel good, stronger, more balanced and, above all, healthier. Admission is free. Organized by LuMan - Centro de Medicina Chinesa e Acupuntura, with the support of the Cascais Municipal Council.
