The exhibition Timeline, 40 Years of the Paving Stone and Gardening Schools, presented by Lisbon City Council, spans four decades of training, practice and commitment to public space. Through teaching, internships, projects and environmental awareness initiatives, it reveals continuous work in qualifying professionals and in valuing Portuguese pavement and the city's gardens. More than schools, these spaces assert themselves as places of inclusion and learning at each person's own pace, promoting equal opportunities. Since 1986, they have also been opening up to the community, with initiatives accessible to the public. The exhibition celebrates this journey and clearly and visually shows the impact of work that shapes Lisbon every day.
