Alex Sampson has just announced his first solo concert in Portugal, on 26 February, at LAV, Lisboa Ao Vivo. Born in Ontario, Canada, Alex Sampson gained international prominence in 2024, when he reached the semi-finals stage of the programme America's Got Talent. It was during his participation in the contest that he presented some of his most popular original songs, including “Pretty Baby”, “If You Were My Girl” and “Wallflower”, winning over audiences with his voice and a very distinctive artistic identity. In January 2023, after signing with Warner Records, he released his first EP, Blurry Vision, followed by Hopeless Romantic in September 2024. These works revealed his versatility as an artist, combining the sensitivity of contemporary pop with a retro sound inspired by the music of the 1950s and 1960s. In 2026, the singer joined the tour of British singer Freya Skye as special guest, performing in the opening act of her concerts, including the show on 29 November at the Sala Tejo of the MEO Arena in Lisbon, which is sold out. He now arrives on 26 February 2027 at LAV, Lisboa Ao Vivo, with The Nonstop Flight Tour for a concert long awaited by Portuguese fans. Doors open: 19:30. Start: 20:30.
