Born in Rotterdam in 2020, Tramhaus quickly went from being a local secret to becoming a global phenomenon. This quintet is a true “living current”, known for shows that hold the audience from the first to the last second in a storm of emotions. Their sound is a rich and bold blend that travels between post-hardcore, shoegaze and punk rock, the result of the diverse musical influences of its members. Since the release of their debut single on 7″ vinyl and the EP “Rotterdam”, which included the social anthem “Make it Happen”, the band has never stopped. Their debut album, The First Exit (2024), was met with universal acclaim. With the release of their second album, Blister, scheduled for 9 October 2026, the concerts in Portugal will be the perfect platform to hear first-hand tracks such as the new single “Plovdiv”. This album reflects the band's philosophy: an independent and organic production, released by a coalition of European labels, including the Portuguese Lovers & Lollypops. There is no seating, nor reserved seats, at Casa Capitão concerts. To guarantee a good position facing the stage, it's best to arrive early. And be prepared to spend an hour or two standing.
