The Rally Paper is an event held annually by the Neighbourhood Tutors and Residents' Associations Division of the Cascais Municipal Council (CMC) since 2022, and its aim is to bring together all the residents' associations in order to promote the creation of bonds, the sharing of knowledge and also the dissemination of each one's work, as well as the consecration of the municipality's network of residents' associations. This event is supported by various areas of the CMC, has as its meeting point the Nossa Senhora da Assunção Social Support Association (AISA), at the Malveira Arena and, as is already customary, the teams officially set off from the Town Hall (Paços do Concelho). The route has stops at various locations in the municipality, including Residents' Associations, security forces and municipal facilities, where knowledge tests are carried out with multiple choice questions about the history, activities and curiosities of the partner entity or municipal service where the team is located, or light sporting activities. Mid-morning there is a short break planned for breakfast in a green space, yet to be confirmed. At the end, all participants are invited to lunch at the Malveira Arena, in partnership with AISA, where the prizes will be awarded by the municipal executive.
