Jorge Drexler makes his debut at the Coliseu dos Recreios on 13 March with “TARACÁ”, performing his latest album live with seven musicians, in a show that spans more than three decades of career.

Producer IM.Par Unipesoal, Lda Synopsis Jorge Drexler makes his debut at the Coliseu dos Recreios, in Lisbon, on 13 March, with the show presenting TARACÁ, his most recent album. Accompanied by seven musicians and with a new stage concept, the Uruguayan musician, composer and singer performs live the songs of TARACÁ, alongside tracks that have marked more than three decades of career. With Uruguayan candombe as the guiding thread, TARACÁ crosses generations, geographies, styles and times, keeping words and drum at its centre. Throughout his career, Jorge Drexler has built a reference work in contemporary Ibero-American music, where music, literature and knowledge dialogue naturally and lyrics move between poetry and science.
