TRAÇA - Family Archive Film Showcase

Sunday 25 October

Casa do Concelho de Ponte de Lima, Lisbon

The fifth edition of TRAÇA, Showcase of Family Archive Films, a project of the Lisbon Municipal Archive | Videoteca, is dedicated to Campolide. The goal remains the same: to bring Lisbon residents closer to the history of their city by recovering memories and family archives from the residents of this territory of contrasts. Under the theme Lost Landscapes, which draws inspiration from the Lost Landscapes project by American artist and archivist Rick Prelinger (who will be present at one of the sessions), the program encourages reflection on urban transformations through home, amateur, and archival cinema. Over two days, public space is transformed into a living room, screening family films and fostering conversations in courtyards, streets, and corners. The wine warehouse Os Goliardos, the Casa do Concelho de Ponte de Lima, the Clube Santana, the Cosmos CAC space, and the Teatro da Comuna also host part of the program with films, music, and performance. Walks through Campolide and the Tracinha, with workshops for the youngest at the Livraria Inquieta, complete the program. AF. More information here. families free.
