Synopsis From Os da Minha Rua, by Ondjaki, a book that brings together fictionalized memories of the author's childhood, a multidisciplinary show is born that transforms these brief narratives into stage material. Just as in the original work, where small episodes compose an intimate and collective portrait of a neighborhood, the show summons fragments of everyday life to reveal a childhood made of discoveries, complicity and wonder. Preserving the orality and poetic dimension of Ondjaki's writing, the staging is built as a space of multiple voices, where humor, tenderness and wonderment cross the performers and summon both personal memory and shared memory. A central element of the creation is the presence of Ondjaki himself, through video or audio narration, reinforcing the dialogue between literature, cinema and theater. The set design articulates video projection, transparency back-projection and live drawing, creating a visual territory in permanent transformation. The stage thus becomes a living archive of memory, where friends, neighbors and family members emerge as affective figures of the writer and the performers.
