The book "Meditating with Fernando Pessoa", by Paulo Borges and Marcelo Demarzo, is a book-journey where poetry meets reflection and contemplative introspection, stillness and wisdom, where Fernando Pessoa's words intertwine with the practice of meditation and mindfulness to create a space for inner discovery. This book is an invitation to explore the realms of consciousness through the union of literature and meditation, offering readers an opportunity to dive into the depths of themselves while navigating the currents of Pessoa's texts, which reveal insights at the level of what is deepest in the world's wisdom traditions.
